The East, Central and Southern Africa College of Obstetrics and Gynecology is a college without walls that was established with the aim of addressing some of the challenges on Human Resource for Health (HRH) specifically specialist obstetricians and gynecologists. It is geared at training specialist obstetricians and gynecologists with requisite knowledge, skills and competences able to provide quality, state of the art and evidence-based, yet culturally sensitive and wholesome reproductive health care to the people of ECSA Region.The training will be standard across the Region and as the college will be a regional institution recognized by all the governments and regulatory bodies therein, the graduates of the College will be able to work across national borders.
