Kiota Women's Health and Development (KIWOHEDE)

KIWOHEDE is a non- governmental organization with focus topromote reproductive health, children’s rights, development and advocacy. Theorganization was founded in 1998 by health and social worker activists and gother registration in 1999. Since her inception KIWOHEDE engaged in rightspromotion, social economical and development approaches as the organizingprinciple of her project to serve women, children, youth and the community.KIWOHEDE’s project thematically focus is to fight child sexual abuse, violenceand exploitations, teen pregnancy, early marriages and school dropouts amonggirls across the country


To contribute to the elimination of all forms of abuse,sexual violence, and exploitation through policy and community engagement,reproductive health and institutionalization of strategies to prevent,rescue, rehabilitate and integration mechanisms for vulnerable and affectedchildren, youth and women
