Family Health Options Kenya is a local Non-Governmental organization which has been a leading service provider of sexual and reproductive health services in the country for the last five decades. Kenya’s first ever family planning clinic was set up in 1962 by Family Health Options of Kenya (FHOK) at the time of its foundation, and they are currently present in 14 counties
To provide quality comprehensive and integrated SRH information and services to all Kenyans with special focus on youth,marginalized and socially excluded through our clinics, community-based programming and capacity building

Core values of non-discrimination, integrity, quality services, teamwork and innovation. Clinics in 14 counties with Youth and Adolescent programs, as well as projects focused on Global Comprehensive Abortion Access, Pambazuko Project(Integrating Sexual and Reproductive Health and Rights into Sustainable Development & Climate Change) and Cervical Cancer Screening

FHOK was founded in 1957 by volunteers, including the late Dr Samson Mwathi and Meshack Ndisi. Through their efforts and a few individuals FHOK (FPAK then) was legally recognized in 1962. It is being led by the Executive Director
