Georgina is the comic of the Y-ACT team, who constantly has us in fits of laughter. She is very passionate about Meaningful Youth participation and involvement and her background is in Community Health and Development.
She has implemented several programs around Adolescent and Youth Sexual Reproductive Health programs through innovations, monitoring youth trends and culture. In 2015, she received an Honour from The African Union in recognition of her role in promoting young people’s and Women’s Health in Africa.
Her ideal world is that where the girl child is viewed as an agent of change and not the usual victim and the boy child as part of the solution and not the perpetrator of evil.
As the Advocacy Outreach Officer of Nairobi and Kakamega, she designs and implements youth programmes.
